Returns
All art is shipped FULLY INSURED, if damage occurs to your package and art piece(s) please take photos of the damaged package and damaged art work immediately and email Peter directly so that he can file a claim and send you a new piece.

Each piece of original art, including all paper/canvas prints, resin prints and sculptures are made to order, inspected and signed by Peter Perlegas. We aim to create high quality art by using Hahnemuhle Brand papers and canvas products which are one of the highest quality brands used in Fine Art reproduction. If you have any questions or concerns about a product before you place an order, send a quick email directly to us and we will be happy to guide you and answer any questions.

PRINTS AND SCULPTURE RETURNS
We greatly appreciate your support of living artists such as myself, however if you are not satisfied with your purchase you will have (3) days upon arrival of your piece to contact Peter Perlegas via email to request a return/refund. The buyer will be responsible for the costs of shipping the piece back to the studio without any damage. Upon the return of your piece, it will be inspected and your refund will be processed. For all art with the exception of an original painting or commission, since each piece is made to order and to protect the artist from image theft, a 20% restocking fee will be charged on the cost of the art work, not including shipping charges and re-shipping charges.

ORIGINAL OIL PAINTINGS
Original paintings can be returned for a full refund within 3 days of delivery, however the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges both ways. ALL SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
